1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fiscalwise.co and the FiscalWise service (the "Service"), operated by ZTERS INC ("we", "us", "our"), 13727 Office Park Drive, Houston, TX 77070. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to create an account.

3. What the Service is

FiscalWise is an educational budgeting tool. It helps you organize bills, compare spending against your income and find ways to lower recurring costs. FiscalWise is not a bank, lender, credit counselor, debt settlement company, or licensed financial, tax, or legal advisor. Savings estimates are illustrative and not guaranteed. You are responsible for decisions you make about your finances.

4. Accounts

You agree to give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@fiscalwise.co if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Paid plans

Some features require a one-time payment shown at checkout. Prices may change, but changes won't affect plans you have already bought. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

6. SMS text messaging program

If you opt in on our website, FiscalWise will send recurring automated account notifications and service updates, such as bill due-date reminders and account alerts, to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not required for purchasing products or services.

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@fiscalwise.co or (866) 210-5265.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your mobile number and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to access other users' data, interfere with the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its content and the FiscalWise name and logo belong to ZTERS INC. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZTERS INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
