FiscalWise (fiscalwise.co) is operated by ZTERS INC, 13727 Office Park Drive, Houston, TX 77070. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, state, messages you send us, and the budget amounts you enter.
• Account information: login details and plan purchases. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
• Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies used to keep you logged in and understand how the site is used.

We never ask for bank logins or bank account numbers.

3. How we use information

• To provide and improve the Service and your account
• To respond to questions and support requests
• To send account notifications and service updates by email, and by text if you opted in
• To keep the Service secure and comply with law

4. SMS messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send account notifications and service updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, email and SMS delivery, payments), under contracts that limit their use of it; when required by law; or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
